Unless noted otherwise in the ordering pipeline Desiree Morgan Company ships all items within 3 weeks of receiving orders. You will receive notification of any delay or cancellation of your order.
Sales tax is separately calculated and collected in through the Desiree Morgan Company site unless explicitly indicated as such in the ordering process. Items ordered from Desiree Morgan Company are subject to Illinois state tax. The tax is generally calculated on the total selling price of each individual less any applicable discounts - the actual taxes that will be charged to your credit card will be calculated at the time your order is processed and will appear in your order confirmation notification.

Certified Loose Diamond 30 Day Return Policy
All Certified Loose Diamond purchases come with a 30 Day Money Back Guarantee. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your Certified Loose Stone purchase or your customized setting, you have 15 days from date of receipt to contact our Customer Service Department and obtain an RMA (Return Authorization) Number. The Warehouse must receive the item within 30 Days of original delivery date in order to receive a full refund.
All Certified Stones must be returned with the original Diamond Gemological Grading Certificate. Returns that are not accompanied by the original certificate will be subject to a certification replacement fee ranging between $200 and $400.
Please Note, items that have been engraved do not qualify for a Full Money Back Refund. A 35% Restocking Fee will apply to all returned items that have been engraved.
We advise that all returns are shipped via Registered Mail and are insured in the amount of the original purchase plus shipping charges. For items with a value greater than $500, we recommend using the United States Postal Service (USPS). Please note that FedEx and UPS will not insure packages in excess of $500.
Diamond Wedding Bands Return Policy
Diamond Wedding Bands come with a 30 Day money back return policy. Customers can return one Diamond Wedding Band within a 30 Day period for a full refund.

Get a return authorization number
Our customer service agent will provide you with a return authorization number for your return. Please write this number on your return label. Packages received without this number are subject to a restocking fee.
Return merchandise via insured shipment
Please send the package via insured USPS Priority Mail Service to protect yourself in the unlikely event that the package is damaged or lost in transit. The returned item must be new and unused and must be shipped with all of its original packaging and enclosed materials.

Receive your refund
As soon as we have received the returned merchandise, we will gladly refund you the full purchase price of the product. We will refund the purchase price in a payment method equivalent to the method used for purchase.
